Fire Alarm System
This is an electronic
safety system designed to alert and prevent occupants against fire incidence.
Fire prevention, in terms of extinguishing, can be automatic or manual as
different fire system models are designed to achieve the various purposes.
Also, depending on the system design and consumer choice, fire alerting could
be fire area specific (mostly termed as the conventional fire system) or fire
point specific (also termed as the addressable fire alarm system).More enhance,
fire alarm system could be designed in such a way that clients could monitor fire
incidence via their PC(s). Shown below are components of fire-alarm system

Closed Circuit
Television (CCTV)
CCTV
system is a surveillance security system where human activities within an
environment (e.g. a company environment: internal and external, a street or
highway) can be monitored at the control room. Depending on camera
design and clients option, the system could be enhanced in that camera captures
or images are monitored and controlled on the computer system. Events recording
and re-viewing of past recorded events for some optional periods are also
possible. Wireless CCTV systems are also available for street and high way
monitoring. It is cost effective and convenient for residential or estate
monitoring also.
Door Access Control System
This system provides restriction of movement
into a protected or confined area. Instead, the system enables the consumer to
make use of some confidential codes, electromagnetic card (proximity card) or
the use of finger print (biometric readers) to access his apartment. The system
provides the option of controlling doors at different locations: via the
computer system (work station) and the exit button. The access control system
can also be placed on the local area network so that the events of entry &
exit can be viewed on the access control software via the work station. It also
alerts clients on an eventual intrusion whenever wrong codes, card or forceful
entry is attempted. All these features can be monitored and controlled on the

Intruder Alarm
System
This
system guards against illegal intrusion into a place. The intruder alarm system
comes with motion sensitive accessories like: door/window contact, vibrator
sensor, motion detectors, beam detectors, panic buttons, etc. all the
accessories listed above provides precise protection against intrusion into the
premises. Shown below is the display of the various electronic units that make
up the intruder alarm system.
Video Entry System
This system does not
only allow communication, between the resident of a building or an apartment
and a visitor outside such building or apartment, possible but also enables the
resident to view the visitor on an electronic wall mounted set, without having
to open the door, gate or window to confirm such visitor. This system also
provides the option of automatic opening of the entrance gate or door to such
visitor after being confirmed by the resident. It is a security system that
provides clients with the best comfort especially for high rising buildings.

Intercom System
This is a telephoning
system that makes communication, within different sections in an enclosed
building or blocks of building and between those sections and an external
telephone line or lines possible. This system provides client with the best
comfort incomparable to its cost.
Auto dialers
It’s an intelligent auto calling device
that can be incorporated into any system: be it an intruder or fire alarm
system.
It function in
such a way that once either the fire alarm system senses smoke and alerts
occupants of the building or the intruder system senses motion in its ARMED
state and causes the control panel to raise an alarm, the auto dialer will
begin to dial either the fire fighter GSM number or the GSM number of the crime
fighters close to that community since their phone numbers have been stored.
Electric Fence
Most people do not attach too much
importance to their fence thereby leaving their compound vulnerable to men of
the under world. Electric fencing is importance for magnificent buildings that
are close to highways, deserted or developing areas or even bushy areas. These
gadgets are good because it prevents intruders from gaining access into the
compound via the fence thereby safe guarding lives and properties.
Fire Extinguisher
Often
termed the ‘multi-purpose’ extinguisher, as it can be used on classes A, B
& C fires. Best for running liquid fires (Class B). Will
efficiently extinguish Class C gas fires, BUT BEWARE, IT CAN BE DANGEROUS TO
EXTINGUISH A GAS FIRE WITHOUT FIRST ISOLATING THE GAS SUPPLY. Special powders are available for class D metal fires.
